Income Tax Return Process

TaxAssist is proud to present the easiest way of submitting your tax return to SARS annually. You no longer need to fill in tax forms or deal with "incorrect" form returns from SARS. Simply supply us with a few documents and some information, and a registered tax practitioner will complete the process. All the stress of completing your own form and dealing with SARS will be a thing of the past. Best of all, the TaxAssist process will only take you 5 minutes!

How does it work?

Step 1 – Decide whether to use the online or the offline forms under the Process tab. Please note that the online forms require that you have an image of your signature to upload.

Step 2 – Click on the Income Tax Return Worksheet, complete and submit. New clients should also complete the Client Information Declaration and SARS General Power of Attorney forms. When using the online forms, remember to upload a scanned image of your signature before submitting. If you opt to use the offline forms, simply click on the relevant form, print, complete, sign and fax or email back to us.

Step 3 – Pay the fee using your name as reference (see bank details on the Contact page).

We do the rest: request your tax form from SARS, gather all information needed, do the necessary calculations, complete your tax form and submit to SARS. We will inform you via email of any monies owed to/by SARS before submitting the return.
